How to make
Clean, peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Put it in a baking pan and pour a little water on the bottom. Roast the pumpkin, until it's ready.
About 3.5 oz (100 g) of roasted pumpkin will be needed for one serving of chia pudding.
Mash the roasted pumpkin with a fork into a puree. Add the honey, cinnamon, ginger powder and nutmeg. Mix everything well.
Add the milk and chia seeds to this mixture and leave it for an hour, until the chia swells.
Then add a few more cubes of roasted pumpkin and enjoy the delicious chia pudding with pumpkin and honey.
