In a medium-sized bowl, add the three tablespoons of chia, pour the milk, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla, cover with foil and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, you can easily prepare the banana and chia pudding for breakfast.
The preparation of the pudding is done by first adding a few spoonfuls of chia and the pre-mashed banana into the cups or bowls that you want to use and then add the chia again and a few slices of banana to give it a different texture.
After that, you can decorate it with broken up dark chocolate pieces and sliced almonds.
You can eat the pudding immediately or store it in the refrigerator to have it later on.
