This is a suggestion for a quick and healthy breakfast, which can be successfully turned into a light dessert, if accompanied by fresh fruit, chocolate, nuts or cookies.
To make a banana chia pudding, peel and mash the banana in a bowl with freshly squeezed lime juice.
Add the yoghurt and milk with honey and mix them well. If you do not want your pudding to be very thick, you can add more milk.
Add chia seeds, stir and fill two small cups or jars with pudding.
Leave it to set for at least 15 minutes, in order for the chia to swell up and make the pudding thicker.
Serve it with fruit or nuts.
