  • yogurt - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • cocoa - 0.2 oz (5 g)

  • For the banana layer
  • chia seeds - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • cottage cheese - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • yogurt - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • bananas - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • For the blueberry layer
  • chia seeds - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • cottage cheese - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • yogurt - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • blueberries - 0.9 oz (25 g) + a little more for decoration

How to make

Soak the chia seeds in advance in a cup of water and wait for them to swell. Then prepare the 3 layers.

For the 1st layer:

Mix all the products and pour them into the bottom of the cup. Add a few pieces of banana on top and around the mixture.

For the 2nd layer:

Mash the banana and mix it with the other products. Pour the mixture over the 1st layer.

For the 3rd layer:

Mash the blueberries. Mix them with other products, stir and pour the mixture over the last layer to finish off the chia pudding.

Finally, decorate the chia pudding with blueberries and coconut shavings and serve it.
