"Cream with pumpkin and biscuits - a dose of sweetness and love for your loved ones."

Ingredients

  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • pumpkin - 10.5 oz (300 g) boiled
  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 6 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2/3 cup
  • plain biscuits - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 1 small lump
  • vanilla essence - to taste
  • cinnamon - 1 pinch

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar and add vanilla, cinnamon, flour and a little milk to them. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the blended boiled pumpkin.

To make the process easier, you can put all the listed products in a blender and blend or use a mixer.

Put the remaining milk in the saucepan on the stove to warm up (but not boil).

Add the egg mixture in a thin stream and stir until it boils and thickens. Remove from the heat and add the butter.

Place crushed biscuits in suitable cups, pour pumpkin cream on top and alternate, by finishing off with cream.

We serve the desserts in cups after it has cooled completely and the pumpkin and biscuit cream has set.
