This is a very delicate and delicious pumpkin soup that is also quite healthy.
The pumpkin is cut into large pieces, the potatoes are peeled, the garlic is cut into two or three pieces and everything is put in a suitable pot.
The quinoa grains are rinsed well with cold water and also added to the other products.
Pour 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of water and boil.
When they are well boiled, all the vegetables are seasoned with salt, butter and dill.
The white cheese and yogurt are added to them and everything is blended until a smooth cream is obtained.
Optionally, the cream soup is garnished with crunchy croutons or toasted bread slices.
