How to make
Cut the kale into strips (remove the hard parts) and boil it briefly in salted water.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Grate the onions and carrots and mash or finely chop the garlic.
Add the potatoes and pour enough water to cover them. Add salt and cook, until the potatoes are almost cooked.
Then add the kale, add water and season. Cook, until the potatoes soften.
Before the end of cooking, blend the vegetable soup with a liquidizer.
The kale cream soup is ready.
