Ingredients

  • potatoes - 21 oz (600 g)
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into pieces. Put the milk, water, savory, salt and pepper in a pot.

Boil for 20 minutes, remove it from the heat and blend it. Before serving, warm the soup and add the butter.
