How to make
Wash and peel the potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic and chop them.
Pour olive oil into a deep pot and heat it.
Fry the onions and garlic. Add the red wine.
Add the carrots and potatoes and fry them lightly. Pour the vegetable broth.
Let them boil until the carrots have softened. Add the spices and coconut milk.
Blend everything and leave the for another 5 minutes. Distribute into bowls and serve.
Sprinkle with black pepper and place some croutons on top.
