Ingredients

  • red potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 large onion
  • carrots - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • brown sugar - 2 lumps
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube
  • salt - by taste
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)

How to make

Wash and peel the potatoes.

Cut them into large cubes and put them in a pot with oil to boil.

Then cut the carrots, pepper and onion into bulky pieces and add them to the potatoes.

Add the water and add all of the spices and sugar, mix well and cook our future potato cream soup, until it's ready.

Blend the cooked vegetable soup, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Serve the red potato cream soup warm with croutons or some bread crumbs.
