How to make
Peel the potatoes and beetroots and cut them into coarse pieces. Cut the carrots and leeks into round slices.
Put these ingredients in a pot and cover with water. Add the salt, oil and spices. Boil about an hour on low heat.
Mash/stir and add the boiled, hot milk. Serve warm with crumbled feta cheese and sprinkled with black pepper.
