How to make
Start off the recipe with the preparation of the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Wash the leeks and then slice them. Peel the celery and dice it as well. The kale is cut into strips.
Put the olive oil on the bottom of a large pot and add all the chopped vegetables. Stew them briefly and then add water.
Boil the kale soup for 20 minutes, then blend it and add the coconut milk and olive oil.
Boil it for another fifteen minutes and decorate the kale cream soup as you like.
