How to make
Delicate and healthy cream soup with pumpkin and potatoes.
Boil the vegetables in salted water.
Once they are ready, while they are still hot, add the butter.
Puree or blend everything and if necessary, add more water, until the desired consistency of the cream soup is obtained.
Add the black pepper and lemon juice, if necessary and more salt and stir.
Serve the pumpkin soup with white cheese, cottage cheese, homemade croutons or other products of choice!
