  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 1
  • peppers - 1
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • black pepper

How to make

The onions, carrots and peppers are finely chopped. Mushrooms are quartered if they are smaller, or cut into smaller pieces if they are large.

Heat oil and fry the onions, carrots and peppers in it. Add mushrooms and salt to taste. Mix and put in some paprika. Pour water - to cover the vegetables and a little over. Add the tomato puree.

Allow to cook until the onion and mushrooms are ready. The flour is dissolved in a little cold water and poured in. Allow to boil and remove. Pour the remaining seasonings and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
