How to make
Clean, wash and chop the mushrooms. Saute them with the grated onions in the olive oil and butter.
Season with black pepper, paprika and curry. Sprinkle the flour and pour in about 4 cups warm water.
Boil the porridge in a pot without a lid, so it doesn't rise. Once the mushrooms are boiled, salt and add the celery.
If needed, thicken the dish with a little more flour. Before removing from the stove, add 1 tsp vinegar if you like.
