How to cook
The mushrooms are cut into slices. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Pour the oil into the pan and add the butter.
Add the onion and garlic to stew. Once they soften, add the mushrooms. Fry them briefly, add salt and stew for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour, while stirring at all times, so that it can fry. Pour the water, stir vigorously, dissolve the flour and make sure there are no lumps.
The mushroom porridge is cooked for five minutes.
Season it with as much thyme, black pepper and salt as you like.
Remove the mushroom porridge from the hob.
