  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • celery - 1 stalk
  • onion - 1 onion
  • potatoes - 2 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • wheat - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • parsley - a pinch
  • savory herb - a pinch
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • vinegar

How to make

Wash the wheat, put it in a pot, pour water and boil it for 25 minutes. Finely chop the celery, onion, carrot and peeled potatoes.

Fry them in 1/2 cup of heat olive oil briefly, add the chopped mushrooms and pour about a liter of warm water or vegetable broth. Season the mushroom soup with salt.

Boil, until the vegetables soften. Before taking the pot off the heat, pour the cooked wheat with the water in which it was boiled. Season the village-style soup with a pinch of chopped parsley, a pinch of savory herb and a pinch of black pepper. When serving, season the wheat soup with vinegar.
