How to make
Fry chopped onion in the oil with a little water. Add chopped tomatoes, simmer for a few minutes and pour hot water in.
Once boiling, add the rice and fresh milk, being careful not to curdle it. Bring to a simmer and salt at the end.
Season with other seasonings and remove from the heat. This soup is delicious both hot and cold.
Garnish with chopped chili, if desired.
