How to make
Peel an onion and cut it into large crescents.
The dried red peppers are washed well and cut into large pieces.
Put the vegetables in a pot and pour water over them.
Add a little oil and season it with salt and black pepper.
Boil the soup over low heat until the onions and dried peppers soften.
If desired, the onion soup can be slightly thickened with a tablespoon of flour, which is dissolved in water.
When being served, it can be flavored further with vinegar.
