Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.
  • celery
  • peppers - 1/2 green + 1/2 red
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • curry - optional
  • noodles - a handful
  • for the thickener
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 1 cup

How to make

In a pot, stew the onions, carrots, peppers and potatoes, which you have cut into small pieces. Pour the water and wait for it to boil.

Add the celery, tomatoes and spices. Add the noodles and boil them, until they're fully cooked.

In a bowl, beat the yolk, flour and milk. Make sure there are no lumps.

Remove the soup from the heat and use a ladle scoop it and add it to the milk, while stirring constantly.

When the temperature balances out, transfer the yolks into the soup.

Place the potato soup back onto the hob for a few minutes, until it boils.
