How to make
Clean the potatoes and halve them without peeling them. Put them to boil in 1/2 cup beer until semi-cooked (they must remain hard).
Drain the potatoes of water and allow them to cool slightly. In a large bowl, mix all the spices and pour the potatoes in. Shake the bowl so that the spices get evenly distributed over the potatoes.
In a tray, heat the oil (but not too much) and place the potatoes, then gently mix. Bake the potatoes in a moderately preheated oven to an appetizing light tan.
