How to make
Grate the pre-boiled potatoes and cheese.
Dice the ham, cut the onions finely. Add the eggs, 1 tbsp flour and the spices. Knead to a homogeneous mixture.
Pour a little olive oil in an oven dish with baking paper. Form croquettes and roll them in flour.
Arrange them in the oven dish and bake to a golden crisp.
Serve with a sauce made from the yoghurt, dill, salt and black pepper.
