How to make
Mix both flours, the salt and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl mix the hot water and mayonnaise and stir until homogeneous.
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry one, stir and knead a dough - add more flour if needed (corn or wheat), if the dough is too sticky.
Add the paprika and knead again - you don't need to knead a lot because the dough needs to look randomly colored by the paprika.
Prepare a muffin tray. Flip it over and smear the outside of each form with oil.
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet, cut it into long, wide strips. Wrap the strips around the oiled outer walls of the forms or make a crisscross pattern. Press lightly and shape them to provide them a more natural appearance.
Place them in the oven as they are - with the form openings facing down and doughy baskets on top. Bake about 20 min. until ready.
To make the filling, first mash the feta cheese in a bowl with a fork, add the mayo and strained yoghurt, then the chopped onions and dill. Stir well.
Take a basket, place a slice of ham in it. Try to cover the entire inside of the basket. Pour on mixture as desired. Place 1/2 a peeled egg and decorate with a strip of cheese.
