Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • milk - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • butter - 1 packet, melted
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • for the filling
  • eggs - 3
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g), grated

How to make

Mix the baking soda, salt, milk and melted butter. Gradually add the flour and knead a soft dough.

Put the resulting dough into metal baskets and stuff them with the eggs beaten with the feta cheese.

Arrange them in a tray and bake in a preheated oven.

Before serving, remove the egg baskets from the metal baskets.
