How to make

The minced meat is mixed with the spices, vegetables and egg. From it, baskets of minced meat are formed in molds for tartlets. The molds are silicone and do not need to be greased. Add more minced meat, it should come out of the mold a little.

I cooked them in the air fryer on the roast program. First, only the minced meat is roasted for 10 minutes at 185°C. The baskets are then removed from the molds. One egg is placed in each. Bake for 4 minutes. Finally, add grated cheese and bake for another 2-3 minutes.

Bake in the oven at 360°F (180°C). First, only the baskets with minced meat are baked. Maybe for 15 minutes, I haven't timed them. An egg is then placed in each minced meat nest. Once the egg is nearly cooked, add grated cheese. At the end, turn on only the top heating resistor to bake the cheese.
