How to make
In a large bowl, add the mince, finely chopped onions, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and dried spices.
Knead the mince and leave it to take in the flavors of all the spices.
Put a little of the mince in an oiled tray and form nests. Add the finely chopped mushrooms in them and the pickles.
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 30 min. or as needed.
Once the mince nests bake a bit on top, lower the heat, break an egg into each nest. Sprinkle spices and finish baking to a nice crisp.
