"While we`re busy making these tasty mince nests, we`re gonna leave it up to you to decide what kind of garnish you want us to serve them with."

Ingredients

  • mince - 28 oz (800 g)
  • green onions - 1
  • zucchini - 1
  • processed cheese - 3 - 4 slices
  • tomatoes - 1
  • salt
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • cheese - for sprinkling
  • butter - for smearing the oven dish
measures

How to make

Mix the mince with the chopped onions as you would for meatballs. Optionally, add spices to taste. Leave it to sit as is for a bit.

Meanwhile, dice the zucchini and saute it briefly. Dice the tomato and processed cheese as well.

Form nests from the mince in a slightly buttered oven dish. Put some of each of the ingredients in them, plus a little dill and salt to taste.

Bake the dish at 360°F (180 °C) in a preheated oven until ready.

Shortly before taking the nests out of the oven, you can sprinkle them with grated cheese. Enjoy!
