measures

How to make

Peel the zucchini and dice them. Braise them in the heated oil until semi-cooked. Take them out, drain and put them in a deep bowl. Add the cottage cheese and finely chopped processed cheese to them. Salt and season with black pepper, garlic, nutmeg. Chop the dill finely and add it to the mixture.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and flour to them. Stir well - if needed, use a mixer - to prevent lumps from forming.

Melt the lump of butter in the oven and smear it well along the bottom and sides of the oven dish. Leave the oven on. Pour the zucchini/cottage cheese mixture into the oven dish, smooth it out and pour the milk-egg mixture over it. Shake the oven dish so the ingredients mix well.

Arrange the cut into slices tomato on top and put the dish in a preheated oven to bake for 25-30 min. Take the gratin out, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake another 10 min. for the cheese to crisp.

Cut it into squares. After it cools, serve with finely chopped fresh garlic.

You can consume the gratin warm or cold.

Enjoy!
