How to make
Cut the zucchini into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and other spices. Put the zucchini pieces and roll them nicely in the marinade.
If you also like dill, you can add it finely chopped. Leave them to marinate for about 20-30 minutes.
Cut the fillet into strips and the processed cheese into circles or strips - depending on what the cheese is.
On each piece of zucchini put the fillet and processed cheese and roll them into a roll and pierce them with a stick.
Arrange the finished rolls in a baking pan with oil and pour the remaining marinade. Sprinkle them with breadcrumbs and bake them at 390°F (200°C), until they aquire a golden brown color.
The zucchini rolls with fillet and processed cheese are ready.
