How to make
Clean and chop the mushrooms into small pieces. Heat the oil and braise the mushrooms. Once ready, remove and leave them to cool.
Cut the processed cheese into pieces, the parsley finely and add these to the mushrooms. Stir well. Tenderize the steaks and season them with salt and black pepper.
Put part of the filling onto each steak and wrap them into rolls. Arrange the rolls in a baking tray.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 25 min.
Mix the mayonnaise and honey. Smear the chicken rolls and bake them about 15 min.
