How to make
Cut the ends of the wings off and discard them (you can use them for chicken broth), then cut them into two parts. Wash under running water and dry them on paper towels.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, with the pressed garlic, in a bowl. In a shallow tray, arrange the wings and pour the marinade on.
Leave in the refrigerator overnight. In an oiled tray, arrange the wings, with some space in between.
Pour in about 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes in preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven, basting them with the marinade 2 more times.
