How to make
The butter should be softened at room temperature or in the microwave if necessary. Remove 1 tbsp. from it.
In a blender, add the biscuits as they are stuck together with the cream, and grind them into powder. Add most of the butter to the blender and blend it briefly.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix well with your hands. Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Clean the cherries from the pits by piercing them with a skewer.
After the biscuit mixture has set, form balls from it, by first taking a cherry and wrapping it with the mixture. After you have formed all the balls, put them back in the refrigerator.
In a water bath, melt the chocolate, adding the butter you set aside - 1 tbsp.
Take the biscuit balls out of the refrigerator and dip them in the melted chocolate.
Arrange the Oreo truffles on a plate and let the chocolate set.
