How to make
Put the cream on the hob, until bubbles start to form on the walls of the cookware (do not let it boil completely).
In a deep bowl, place the crushed chocolate, coffee and rum. Pour the hot cream over them and leave the mixture for a few minutes, then stir, until a homogeneous glossy mixture is obtained.
Leave it in the fridge to harden (at least 2 hours), then form walnut-sized candies with your hands and roll them in cocoa.
Store them in the refrigerator.
The chocolate truffles with rum flavor are very successful.
