How to make
In a water bath, mix two tablespoons of water with crushed chocolate pieces, continuously stirring until they melt. Then add the cream and continue to stir until you get a homogeneous mixture (no air bubbles).
Remove thus prepared mixture from the heat and leave it to cool well, then melt it in a water bath, add the butter and liqueur, while constantly stirring until you get a uniform mixture.
Finally, pour the mixture into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for about an hour until the ganache solidifies.
Using a spoon, form small balls and dip them in cocoa.
