How to make
To prepare this quick and delicious biscuit cake first prepare your cream.
Mix the milk with 1 yolk, wheat starch, vanilla in a saucepan and mix well.
Add the sugar and put the saucepan on the stove. Boil the cream to the desired thickness, by stirring.
Then remove it from the heat and add the butter. Stir until it has melted and is completely absorbed.
Cover the cream tightly with foil to prevent a crust from forming and let it cool completely.
Meanwhile, wash the cherries and dry them. Cut them in half and remove the pits.
Add a spoonful of rum to the cherries for flavor and if desired, add as much sugar as you like. I didn't add sugar.
Break the biscuits into small pieces.
Beat the well-chilled liquid confectionery cream with a mixer on high speed, until soft peaks form.
Add the whipped cream to the cooled cream, by stirring with a spatula. Add half of the biscuits as well and mix.
Then prepare 6 cups.
Place some of the crushed biscuits in the bottom of each cup. Add a few spoons of the cream on top of them.
Place the cherries on top of the cream and continue alternating in the same way until the products are used up.
Finish off with some crushed biscuits, a few cherries and a sprig of fresh mint.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours and then enjoy a delicious Biscuit Cake with Cherries in a Cup.
Enjoy!
