How to make
The dessert kadaif is finely chopped. Fry it in melted butter and let it cool. Then add the powdered sugar and the pistachio cream melted in the microwave.
Mix everything well and press it into a 26 cm diameter cake ring, previously covered with baking paper. Place the base in the refrigerator.
For the cheesecake cream, put all the ingredients in a deep bowl. First, mash it with a fork and mix, then beat with a mixer to stiff peaks. Place the cream on the kadaif base, smooth it out and put it back in the refrigerator.
Heat the cream in a small pan and remove it from the heat. Break the chocolates into pieces and stir until the chocolates melt and a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the ganache over the cream.
If desired, you can decorate with a spoonful of pistachio cream placed in a piping bag and create a spiral on the ganache, which can be made into a spider web with the help of a wooden stick.
