How to make
Pour the packets of gelatin in 3 cups of coffee (1 in each) and pour about 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) water in each, to make it swell.
Pour 2 cups (500 ml) cream in a pot and heat it on low heat. Crumble the white chocolate in it and stir until fully melted. Remove from the stove, add the gelatin, dissolved in a water bath. Pour the mixture into a cake form, smeared with a little butter, and leave to harden in the fridge (I like to put it in the freezer to speed things up).
Once the 1st layer has hardened, repeat this process, this time putting the milk chocolate in the 2nd layer and the dark in the 3rd. What you get is a triple colored chocolate cake that's really delightful; my kids absolutely love it. The original recipe calls for adding 2 tbsp sugar to each layer but I omitted it because the chocolate makes it quite heavy.
Optionally, you can make a layer with ground biscuits with butter and arrange the layers in reverse order (dark, brown, white).
I hope you like it, it's pretty simple, plus really good! Bon appetit!
