  • sour cream - 2.6 lb (1.2 kg)
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • bananas - 2
  • blueberry jam - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • almonds - for sprinkling the cake

How to make

Pour the sour cream into a bowl and add the sugar to it, beat well.

Cut the bananas into circles.

Start layering the easy Medovik cake by placing the first honey cake layer, spread a good amount of cream, add blueberry jam and sliced bananas, and so on until you run out of cake layers.

Spread the delicious honey cake nicely on the sides.
