The jars of quince and apple jam must be sterilized in the oven in advance.

Skin the quinces and apples and remove their seeds. Grate them on the coarse side of a grater....

Remove from the stove - at this stage the jam will be runnier than usual but after it cools it will thicken and gel....

Wash the fruits and cut them into pieces. Place them in the container for boiling and cover them with cold water....

Mix well and remove from the heat.
Distribute the jam into dry jars, put the lids on and turn upside down. Leave for 24 hours in a cool place....

Wash the quinces and apples very well and cut them into medium-sized pieces....

Boil and stir until a thick mixture forms. Pour the cooled jam into jars and close them....

And the magical jam is ready!
Incredibly fragrant and delicious apple and carrot jam - a real delight for the senses!...

The next day, the jars of apple and pear jam are checked and put away in a cool place.
