How to cook
Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the soft butter. Leave them aside and prepare the cream mixture.
Put the cream cheese, sour cream, vanillas and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer until homogeneous.
In a glass, put a little of the biscuit mixture as a base, press lightly with your fingers, then add cream mixture and finish off with a layer of your favorite jam.
Although the cheesecake looks ready, put it in the fridge to harden before serving.
