How to make
Dissolve the gelatin in 2/5 cup (100 ml) cold water for 10-15 min. until it swells, then melt it in a water bath without letting it come to a boil. Leave the ready gelatin aside.
Melt the butter and 4 tbsp of honey, add the oat bran and coconut flakes. Stir briefly until they release their aromas and remove from the stove.
Cover the bottoms of the cups with this mixture, arrange the washed and chopped (if necessary) fruits on top.
Separately, beat the cheeses, 2 tbsp of honey, vanilla and prepared gelatin. Stir well and distribute it evenly over the fruits. Leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours to harden and then serve with a decoration of your choice.
