How to make
Grind the cookies until you get fine crumbs. Add the softened butter and mix everything very well.
Distribute this mixture into cups and press it tightly, in order to form a base.
Mix together the sour cream with the powdered sugar and cream cheese. Distribute the cream into the cups.
Dilute the blueberry jam with the water and pour it over the cheesecakes.
Refrigerate them to cool and set. Garnish them with blueberries and fresh basil.
