"Since it became fashionable to serve desserts in cups, we have the perfect excuse to prepare quick fruit cream in cups every day"

Ingredients

  • soft paradise apples - 2 pcs. (or peach/mango)
  • strained yogurt - 10 oz (300 g)
  • oreo biscuits - 6 pcs.
  • chocolate - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • almonds - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • fresh mint - 4 - 5 stalks

How to make

Crush or grind the biscuits in a blender. I chose Oreo because their color and taste go well with this dessert.

Peel and cut the fruit into pieces. Put them in a bowl of a blender or food processor along with the milk and grind them at maximum speed for about a minute or to a perfectly smooth and fluffy consistency.

At the bottom of glass cups pour the crushed biscuits and pour fruit yogurt cream on top.

Grate the almonds and chocolate on top with a knife.

Garnish the fruit cream with a sprig of fresh mint.
