  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 3/4 cup
  • orange juice - of 1/2 orange
  • rum - 1 cap
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • flour - 2 cups
  • cinnamon - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The sponge cake ingredients are combined and mixed with a fork in the order in which they are listed.

Optionally add crushed walnuts, dark chocolate pieces, dried apricots, raisins, etc.

The well-mixed mixture is poured into a baking pan greased with oil. The mixture becomes thick.

Arrange chopped peach pieces and raw almonds on top. They are placed on top so that they do not fall and stick to the bottom.

Bake in a preheated oven - in mine I bake it at 360°F (180°C) for 50 minutes - depends on what type of oven you have.
