Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 28 oz (800 g)
  • ketchup - 2 cups
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • sea salt - to taste
  • black pepper - ground, to taste

How to make

In a large bowl mix the ketchup, sugar, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste together. Set aside a large portion of the sauce and soak the chicken wings in the rest. Leave them to sit in the sauce for 1/2 hour.

Preheat the oven and lightly grease a large oven dish. Put the chicken wings in it, pour half of the sauce into the oven dish and cover with foil.

Put the wings to bake for about 30-35 minutes, remove the foil and finally let them get toasted for 5 minutes.

Serve the chicken wings with the remaining sauce and slices of orange.
