  • chicken wings - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • ketchup - 1 tbsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • oregano
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • lemons - for serving
  • black pepper
  • salt - by taste

How to make

The chicken wings need to be washed. In a bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, honey and oregano. Mix well with a fork.

Sprinkle the chicken wings with a little salt and black pepper.

Dip them in the marinade bowl, cover it with foil and leave it in a cool place for 2-3 hours. Grab the bowl and arrange the wings on a heated grill, that must first be greased with fat.

Grill on both sides until they're well done with a crispy skin. Serve with a salad according to the season and lemon slices. The marinated grilled wings are a great beer appetizer.
