How to make
Cut the carrots into juliennes and place them in the pan, then add the sliced onions, the zucchini (cut into circles) and the peppers.
Pour 50 ml of water and add salt, cover them with a lid and leave them to soften.
Put the vinegar, oil and a little water on the stove and boil for 2 minutes. Add salt and remove from the heat.
Arrange the prepared grilled vegetables on a plate, sprinkle them with finely chopped garlic and pour the warm marinade over them. Sprinkle them with fresh parsley.
