How to make
Wash the zucchini and slice them into 4-5 mm rounds. Ideally the slices should be neither too thick, nor too thin.
Place the zucchini rounds into a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt and vinegar. Chop the dill finely and add it to the marinade, along with the pressed garlic.
Allow the zucchini to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Heat the grill. Once hot, place the zucchini on it, and grill both sides. You can chose to drizzle with the marinade while grilling.
That way they turn juicier.
Arrange on a plater and sprinkle with finely chopped dill and more crushed garlic, if you wish.
