How to make
The mushrooms and peppers are washed and chopped. Put some olive oil in a pan and heat it up. Once it has heated up, add the chopped peppers and mushrooms.
Stir them until they're fried. Then put the rice in a baking pan.
Season the rice with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Mix everything. Then add the mushrooms and peppers on top of it.
Add a little olive oil and water. Bake in a preheated oven to 390°F (200 degrees) for about 40 minutes.
