How to make
The rice is washed and soaked in water for 1 hour. The onions, peppers and carrots are washed and finely chopped.
The onions are stewed in butter. When they soften, add the carrots, peppers and mushrooms.
Finally, add the rice and peas. You can also pour some water. The food is left to simmer for another 10 minutes and it is poured into a baking pan.
Bake until done in a moderately heated oven. The cooked rice with mushrooms is served with dill leaves and parsley.
